Frank Scurlock is an entrepreneur, innovator, and philanthropist best known for expanding the family business that helped pioneer the inflatable amusement ride industry. As President and CEO of Scurlock Entertainment, he has spent more than four decades building companies focused on affordable family fun, entertainment, and community engagement.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Frank is the son of John and Frances Scurlock, founders of the inflatable amusement ride industry. In 1980, he founded Space Walk of America and went on to build a nationwide network of more than 500 rental locations while launching over 20 companies serving the entertainment sector. His work helped make family entertainment more accessible to communities across the United States.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Frank has successfully navigated multiple business ventures, industry changes, and personal challenges while remaining committed to innovation, perseverance, and service. Beyond business, he is the founder of the Noigiler Foundation, through which he supports philanthropic and humanitarian initiatives.
