Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Frank is the son of John and Frances Scurlock, founders of the inflatable amusement ride industry. In 1980, he founded Space Walk of America and went on to build a nationwide network of more than 500 rental locations while launching over 20 companies serving the entertainment sector. His work helped make family entertainment more accessible to communities across the United States.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Frank has successfully navigated multiple business ventures, industry changes, and personal challenges while remaining committed to innovation, perseverance, and service.
